I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and all the attractions in this city.

This place is perfectly located, very close to public transport and walking distance to everything you need to see in the CBD area. The service and facilities are outstanding, with a great room service, housekeeping and laundry. We were impressed with the room amenities such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. We also loved the balcony and outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy the view. Staff was very welcoming and attentive, and always ready to help with tours/ticket assistance.
Staff all need to make an effort, as pretty poor customer service has been noticed. They need to be a little more friendly and focus more on customer service, as we saw only the two receptionists swamped, except for the manager on duty.

The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists as it is within walking distance of many popular attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. the hotel offers breathtaking views of the city skyline and surrounding plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is not very close to many bars or restaurants, which may be inconvenient for guests looking for a variety of dining options within close proximity to the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions within walking distance. The room facilities were good, and despite a bit of wear and tear, they werevery comfy and tidy. It was great to have a heated pool to relax in after a long day of exploring.
The room could do with some updating and refurbishment. Some areas were a bit dated and in need of some TLC.

Upgraded to a spacious 1 B/R apartment with well-set up amenities. Excellent location near ferries, galleries, and Wynyard station. Immaculate room and fantastic pool facilities. The staff, especially a kind Indian gentleman, were helpful and friendly. a great stay at Swiss-Belhotel. I highly recommend it.

Good-sized room, great balcony with city views, comfortable bed with spacious wardrobes, easy-to-use and free room safe, large TV with plenty of channels, convenient dining table and chairs.
